Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent – unused, with all tags attached.

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details of our exclusions, as we reserve the right not to accept returns of special editions or personalized items – customized shirts with numbers, patches, player names, or personal names.


We reserve the right not to refund any item that has been personalized. This applies to any product that has been modified from its original form, whether by the addition of other products, extra features, or design, and that was specifically requested by the customer.
We are not responsible for incorrect selection of a personalized name or number at the time of order.
Most jewelry items can be returned; however, we do not accept returns of earrings (unless defective) for hygiene reasons or if the original packaging has been opened.
Face masks cannot be returned.



How do I exchange an item?


To exchange an item, return the items you do not want according to our return policy and then place a new order.

  1. To obtain the correct return address, click on the returns link and follow the instructions, as the return address may vary depending on the location your order was dispatched from. 

  2. Pack your items:
    Return your items in the same condition you received them, unused, with original tags, and package them correctly.

  3. Return shipping costs:

    • Right of withdrawal: the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund once your return has been processed.
