Please refer to our Return Policy for full details of our exclusions, as we reserve the right not to accept returns of special editions or personalized items – customized shirts with numbers, patches, player names, or personal names.
We reserve the right not to refund any item that has been personalized. This applies to any product that has been modified from its original form, whether by the addition of other products, extra features, or design, and that was specifically requested by the customer.
We are not responsible for incorrect selection of a personalized name or number at the time of order.
Most jewelry items can be returned; however, we do not accept returns of earrings (unless defective) for hygiene reasons or if the original packaging has been opened.
Face masks cannot be returned.

Pack your items:
Return your items in the same condition you received them, unused, with original tags, and package them correctly.Return shipping costs:

If for any reason the online return form does not accept your order information, contact us and include the following details:

Full name
Complete address, including city, country, and postal code
Phone number
Reason for return: change of mind, size, etc.
SKU (found on the delivery note) and quantity of items to return
How long does it take to process a return?
Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it may take up to 8 business days to process your return.
